Emergency EB-5 designation for the Bio-defense industry and SBA loans for new production lines.
EXPEDITED EB-5 FUND
For projects deemed a matter of national security, U.S. law offers a special structure called Expedited EB-5 designation.
Any foreign investor of $900K in such a project, pre-designated as serving the national security interest of the U.S. , can receive a Green card in as little as 4-10 months, provided that this investment creates 10 new U.S. jobs in a TEA zone.
USABDM will work with member companies to lobby for industry National Security designation and establish an Expedited EB-5 fund to help facilitate the financing of new production lines.
